We would like to inform you that unauthorized access by a third party has resulted in a personal information leak involving "blastmail," an email distribution service operated by RAKUS Light Cloud Co., Ltd., which we use to distribute our email newsletters.

The information currently available is outlined below.

 

1. Overview of the Incident

On October 21, 2026, the service provider reported that subscriber information and some email recipient data had been leaked due to unauthorized access.

According to the provider, a third party gained unauthorized access to its servers and extracted information stored in its database.

 

2. Potential Impact on Personal Information

According to the service provider, the following categories of information have been affected:

Company names, contact names, telephone numbers, email addresses, billing email addresses, and subscription and payment histories of all subscribers.

[Email Recipient Information]

Email recipient lists belonging to some subscribers.

Our company has registered names, company names, and email addresses in the service for newsletter distribution.

At present, we have not been able to confirm whether the email recipient information registered by our company was affected by the data breach. We are awaiting further investigation results from the service provider.

 

3. Impact on Email Distribution

The blastmail service is currently suspended while security checks are being conducted, and our email newsletter distribution has also been temporarily suspended.

This incident occurred within an external email distribution service. No unauthorized access to systems managed by our company has been identified.
